Founder of 41 West Developers in 1998 as a custom home builder. B. J. manages business development, advertising and marketing, and finance.

B. J. has been a Real Estate Broker since 1986 and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the National Association of Home Builders.

Paul A. Widhalm, President, Florida Licensed General Contractor

Paul joined 41 West in 2006 and manages design and construction operations.

Paul is a member of the National Association of Home Builders and Vistage International Executive Council.
