41 West^TM is the creator of the Ultimate Condo/Home Experience^TM and has been building luxury custom homes and condo interiors since 1998 in Naples and Marco Island, Florida. Completed projects are valued at over $60,000,000.

B. J. Barone, Chairman/CEO

B. J. attended the U. S. Naval Academy, and graduated with a B. S. degree from Seton Hall University. He has been a real estate broker in New Jersey since 1986 and from 1984-1991, he was the owner of a real estate firm with 13 offices and over 250 agents.

In 1991 B. J. created a local boutique real estate company in Naples, Florida. In 1998 he founded 41 West Developers as a custom home builder and was joined by Paul A. Widhalm in 2006. B. J. has expanded operations in Virginia and has developed a gated luxury residential community in Roanoke, VA, and a destination marina/resort development at Smith Mountain Lake, VA. In addition, B. J. currently manages a private real estate investment portfolio of properties in Florida and Virginia.

B. J. is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the National Association of Home Builders, and is involved with charitable and religious organizations.

B. J. lives with his wife of 31 years at their primary residence in Naples, FL. The Barones have 3 married children and one grandson
