O ur in house residential design team will bring your dreams to life and build the home you’ve always wanted, on time and on budget. We are currently designing and building several luxury residences from 2,600 sq.ft to 8,000 sq.ft. In addition, there are various home sites available in distinctive communities throughout the Naples area. Our base price starts at $130/sq.ft with cost plus 15% for upgrades. Choose from our wide selection of floor plans and elevations or create custom architectural plans. All of our homes feature custom trim details throughout, gourmet kitchens, and many custom features as standard.
41 West Developers also offers services for new kitchen and bath renovations, room additions, and major remodeling.
